These only need to be snug. They just keep the heater from easily coming out. After heat cycling the screws will be hard to remove if they're too tight. Anti-seize wouldn't be a bad idea
These don't need to be very tight. I highly recommend using a longer grub screw here or a socket head screw, because after heat cycling, they will become difficult to remove and it's no fun dealing with a stripped out grub screw when you have to replace a heater cartridge... and you WILL have to replace them before too long because the original ones commonly burn out. There should be a few M2.5 x 6mm and M2.5 x 8mm screw left over you can use. There is plenty of room for longer screws. Too bad this is not the case for the heater screws in step 10, but at least they stick out enough that you can get a bite on them with some pliers when they strip out.
If you use the web app, you will need to negate the y offset values
The filament sensors will not show up in miscellaneous if you skipped ahead and already did step 25
If it were not for having the touch screen, I'm not sure how I would have gotten this to work. I could not connect to mainsail. Using the touch screen I went through and updated what showed out of date. Moonraker among other things needed a hard recovery which basically cloned into the repo to install it. This got it working. For some reason I couldn't even ping the host before that
In case it is unclear, the white tip where the wires are exposed on the ribbon should face away from the PCBs
I highly recommend updating the login credentials when you get a chance for security purposes
Tip: the screw posts on the screen are not anodized orange. You'll need to remove those kapton stickers before the screws will go in...
I recommend test fitting the shroud and the carbon container before installing because they can fit a little tight. Might need a little trimming so it's not difficult to remove later on
If you bought the ultra kit, for reasons unknown they only include one set of hardened nozzles so you'll have to either tool up with different sizes, use some of different material, or but more sets
