The endstop mounting screws are not M2.5 x 10mm as they are not long enough. The correct screws are the M2.5 x 13.5mm that come in the same ziplock bag as the M2.5 x 4mm spacers.
The endstop mounting holes in the 3D printed mount in my kit are oversize and the M2.5 screws slide in with no thread engagement. It is not possible to mount the endstop to this piece with the provided hardware. I printed a new mount with smaller endstop holes to complete this step.
The Power Supply and Converter require terminated cables. There are no 40cm long red/black cables that are terminated on both ends. In the kit there are 4 red and 4 black cables (46cm long) that are terminated on one end. These will work for the Pi to Converter connection but not the Converter to Power Supply connection. As there are no crimp terminals included in the kit, I terminated a set of wires with my own crimp terminals (22ga-16ga) to complete the Converter to Power Supply connection.

The two 5160 drivers are labeled EZ5160RGB, not TMC5160 RGB.
The three 2209 drivers are not labeled.
The SKR3 EZ board in my kit already has jumpers positioned in the 6 locations indicated in the diagram above.
These screws are actually M3 x 18mm. In fact, M3 x 28mm screws are not even included in the kit.
We mounted the 24V supply in step 3. This is the 48V power supply, but it is labeled incorrectly in step 4.
