  1. The splitter kit should contain: Splitter back half
    • The splitter kit should contain:

    • Splitter back half

    • Splitter front half

    • Coupling (x4)

    • Coupling ring (x4)

    • Blue precision PTFE tubing - 20cm

    • Regular PTFE Tubing - 80cm

    • Splitter screws (x4)

  2. Assemble the four couplings by pushing the brass coupling ring onto the plastic coupling part. Assemble the four couplings by pushing the brass coupling ring onto the plastic coupling part. Assemble the four couplings by pushing the brass coupling ring onto the plastic coupling part.
    • Assemble the four couplings by pushing the brass coupling ring onto the plastic coupling part.

  3. Place three couplings in position onto the back half of the splitter. Fix the two halves of the splitter together with the four included screws.
    • Place three couplings in position onto the back half of the splitter.

    • Fix the two halves of the splitter together with the four included screws.

  4. Cut 8CM of the blue precision PTFE tubing. When cutting, use a craft knife and make sure that the cut is as flat as possible.
    • Cut 8CM of the blue precision PTFE tubing.

    • When cutting, use a craft knife and make sure that the cut is as flat as possible.

  5. Cut two 35CM lengths of the regular PTFE tubing. Again cut using a craft knife and make sure that the cut is as flat as possible.
    • Cut two 35CM lengths of the regular PTFE tubing.

    • Again cut using a craft knife and make sure that the cut is as flat as possible.

  6. Insert the 8CM PTFE tube into the hotend. It should be pushed all of the way down. Push the splitter onto the tubing like shown.
    • Insert the 8CM PTFE tube into the hotend.

    • It should be pushed all of the way down.

    • Push the splitter onto the tubing like shown.

  7. Fix the PTFE tubings into the couplings on the extruders. Fix the other sides into the splitter. Make sure that the the left extruder is feeding into the left side of the splitter and vice versa.
    • Fix the PTFE tubings into the couplings on the extruders.

    • Fix the other sides into the splitter.

    • Make sure that the the left extruder is feeding into the left side of the splitter and vice versa.
