I think this is the connector marked “E0DET”
I’ve built the printer with the direct-drive print head for now, and the fan shroud hits the printer frame edge 3mm before the gantry activates the Y-Endstop. I’m not sure if the position of the print head on the gantry is somehow wrong, or the fan shroud is not on properly, or whether this is just a design mistake and I need to trim the shroud. Has anyone else checked this?
Isn’t there normally some PTFE thread sealing tape on all the threaded joints in a hotend?
There should be crimped connectors on all of these wires.
There are only 8 M4 T-nuts, and those all got used attaching the extrusions to the platform.
There’s an M5 T-nut (in the same bag as the M4 T-nuts), but I don’t think there are any M5 bolts left.
I was short by 1 M4x6mm bolt (bag said it contained 12, but there were only 11). Fortunately, there were 4 of M4x8mm bolts (bag said there should be 2), so hopefully it’s all good.
