If you're manually moving the carriage around to pick up the heads, it's easiest to use mainsail to adjust the position and the touch screen to set the cam position back and forth between 0 and 135 to acquire and release the heads. Just be sure to move the carriage far enough away (like x+100) otherwise the cooling fan shroud on the head will bump into the other heads!
This is a good time to double check that the M3 x 6mm Cap Bolts and Dampeners you installed back in step 7 are positioned the right way so as not to rub the belt.

Consider installing the gantry cables for the two left motors from Stage 7 - Step 2 here first before installing the left panel.
While somewhat unattractive, wrapping the fragile ends with a bit of duct tape is prudent.

If you slide the bolt toward the corner and parallel to the top rail, it will just fit.
